Laura Lark is a visual artist and writer living in Houston, Texas.
Her most recent works involve a half-scale doll of herself, with the character name of Helen Hawk. Hawk is the main character in a fictional TV series that serves as a subplot of a novel-in-progress entitled Your Royal Highness.
Lark’s interests in capturing a photographic likeness and self-portraiture have recently led her to make nearly a hundred sketches, watercolors, collages.
She is currently working on an upcoming solo exhibition with Devin Borden
